How Will My Order Be Packed?
We pack all orders in plain, secure packaging with no labels or markings that indicate the medicines inside. Your privacy is our priority.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
- Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 days across the UK.
- Orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) are shipped on Monday and usually arrive on Tuesday.
- Packages shipped from our EU warehouse to international destinations, including the UK, will take 14–21 days.
- Orders from the International Warehouse also take 14–21 days to arrive.
The Expected Shipment Date Has Passed — What Should I Do?
Most orders arrive on time, but delays can happen due to postal issues or incorrect address details. If your order hasn’t arrived in 7 days, contact our support team for assistance.
Hemi-Pharma takes every reasonable effort to ensure timely shipment of customer orders. However, delays may arise due to late supplier deliveries, public holidays, postal issues, or incomplete customer-provided shipping details. Please ensure all information submitted during checkout is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
What If My Order Is Lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 days, we’ll investigate the issue. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing an order.
